Clients will receive a copy of my full design agreement after package purchase.
Client’s Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding project requirements. It is the Client’s duty to examine all submitted documents promptly to facilitate the smooth progress of the project. The accuracy and completeness of all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, surveys, and reports, will be the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client shall directly engage contractors for any construction or building alteration phases.
TIMING: Best efforts will be made by Designer to meet estimated timing in completing the project; however Customer recognizes that extraneous factors may alter estimated timing. Customer and Designer agree that the project will be completed in reasonable time after the date of this Agreement and that time is not of the essence unless an essence of time is stated in writing in the Agreement. In all instances, the Designer is not responsible for delays in delivery or installation due to weather, fire, strikes, war, government regulations or any cause beyond the Designer 's control.Ownership of Design: The designs, drawing representations, and renderings provided by the Designer are the Designer’s property, regardless of the project’s execution. The Client may use these materials for other projects or project extensions only with the Designer’s consent and fair compensation.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: Customer may cancel this purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after this contract has been executed. To cancel this contract, the customer must mail or deliver a signed and dated cancellation notice to Christine@CTInteriorDesign.com.
1. I maintain the right to decline any order made through the site. I may, at my discretion, limit the quantity of packages purchased by an individual customer.
2. You may only access or use the site for its intended purposes. The site is not to be utilized for any commercial activities unless explicitly authorized by me.
3. As a site user, you agree not to systematically extract data or other content from the site to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without my written consent.
4. You are prohibited from sending unsolicited emails.
5. You must not bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the site, including those that prevent the unauthorized copying of content.
6. Unauthorized linking to the site is not permitted.
7. You may not misuse my support services or submit false abuse or misconduct reports.
8. Automated interactions with the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or employing data mining tools, are not allowed.
9. You may not disrupt or place an unreasonable burden on the site or its connected networks and services.
10. Attempting to impersonate another user or individual is prohibited.
11. You may not utilize materials, photos, or links from this site to generate revenue without permission.
12. You must not remove copyright or other proprietary notices from any content.
13. Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful materials, including spam, that disrupts the use and enjoyment of the site is prohibited.
14. You may not upload or transmit spyware, passive collection mechanisms, web bugs, or cookies.
15. Disparaging or harming my reputation or that of the site is not permitted.
16. The site must not be used in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
17. You acknowledge that any feedback, suggestions, or information you provide regarding the site or its offerings is non-confidential and becomes my sole property.
18. You agree that I will not be held liable for any claims related to alleged infringement of proprietary rights in your submissions.
19. The site may include links to external websites, as well as content such as articles, photographs, text, graphics, music, and videos originating from third parties.
20 Third Party Websites: The inclusion of, links to, or permission for the use or installation of third-party websites or content does not signify my approval or endorsement. If you choose to leave this site and access third-party websites or content, you do so at your own risk, and these terms of use will no longer apply. You should review the relevant terms and policies, including privacy and data collection practices, of any external site you visit or any applications you install. Any purchases made through third-party websites are transactions with those companies, and I accept no responsibility for them. You acknowledge that I do not endorse the products or services offered on third-party sites, and you agree to hold me harmless from any issues arising from your purchase of such products or services. Furthermore, you agree to hold me harmless from any losses or damages incurred in connection with third-party content or interactions with third-party websites.
